I currently live in Miami Beach, and although there are things to do and places to shop, it's very expensive on renting alone. Owning a house would be impossible here because of FL's high taxes and cost of living. I'm looking for a state in the U.S that has most if not all of these things: 1) decriminalization of marijuana if not legal 2) good schools for kids - preferably Reggio Emilia schools of instruction 3) jobs/ if a lot of places that are hiring 4) affordable cost of living - are homes or pieces of land cheap to by and can you purchase a good piece of land for an affordable price (like if i wanted to build a home on a piece of land) 5) farmer's market (preferrably organic), or health food stores like Whole Foods 6) reasonable gas prices 7) stores like TJMax, Ross, or Marshalls 8) somewhere not far from the mountains, national parks, etc....
